1. Introduction

They govern your access to our website, our AI-assisted trading dashboard, and any related tools, content and support (together, the "Platform").

2. Definitions

In these Terms, "User" or "you" means any individual or entity that accesses the Platform. "Account" means a registered profile through which you access restricted features. "Digital Assets" means cryptocurrencies and related tokens. "Trading Bot" means automated software that places orders according to parameters selected by you or by us.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are at least eighteen years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of the Platform would be unlawful. You are responsible for confirming that your use complies with the laws that apply to you, including any tax and reporting obligations.

4. Accounts and Security

Where registration is required, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your Account. 5. Description of Services

The Platform provides a dashboard for monitoring automated trading strategies on selected digital assets, together with informational calculators and educational material. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time. Projections or illustrative figures shown on the Platform are hypothetical and are not promises of performance.

6. Risk Acknowledgement

Trading in digital assets is speculative and carries a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the capital you commit. Prices are highly volatile, and automated systems can behave unexpectedly during periods of market stress. You should read our Risk Disclosure and only commit funds that you can afford to lose.

7. No Financial Advice

Content on the Platform is provided for general information only. It does not constitute personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. You remain solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

8. Fees

Any fees applicable to a service will be disclosed before you commit to it. Fees may be changed prospectively by notice published on the Platform. Third-party charges, such as network transaction costs and payment provider fees, are separate and are your responsibility.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with the operation of the Platform, scrape content at a rate that impairs performance, transmit malicious code, use the Platform to launder money or finance unlawful activity, or impersonate any person or organisation.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, software, trademarks, logos and written content, is owned by or licensed to CristalJetonex and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or rely on third-party exchanges, wallets, data providers and payment processors. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform with immediate effect if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email at least thirty days before they take effect, except where a shorter period is required for legal or security reasons. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that allow you to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
