Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 1 March 2026
High-risk investment warning. Trading cryptocurrencies and other digital assets can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
1. Purpose of This Disclosure
This Risk Disclosure sets out material risks associated with using the CristalJetonex platform, including its AI-assisted dashboard and automated trading tools. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It cannot list every risk, and it does not describe your personal financial situation.
2. Price Volatility
Digital asset prices can change rapidly and substantially within short periods, sometimes without warning. Movements of large percentages in a single day are not unusual. A position that is profitable at one moment may be worth considerably less shortly afterwards, and losses may exceed expectations.
3. Risks of Automated Trading
Automated trading bots execute orders according to predefined logic. Such logic can fail, be misconfigured, or perform poorly in market conditions it was not designed for, including sudden trends, gaps, thin liquidity or extreme volatility. Automation does not reduce market risk, and past backtests or simulated results do not guarantee future outcomes.
4. Illustrative Figures and Projections
Calculators and charts on the Platform use simplified assumptions and are provided for illustration only. Hypothetical returns are not forecasts or promises. Actual results may differ materially, and you may receive less than you invest.
5. Liquidity Risk
Some digital assets may have limited trading volume. In such markets it may be difficult to enter or exit a position at a desired price, and orders may be partially filled or delayed. Withdrawal or conversion of funds may also be restricted by market conditions or by third-party providers.
6. Technical and Operational Risks
The Platform and the services it depends on may experience outages, software errors, connectivity problems, data delays or maintenance periods. Such events may prevent you from monitoring or adjusting positions at critical times. Cyber attacks, phishing and credential compromise are also genuine threats in the digital asset sector.
7. Custody and Counterparty Risk
Digital assets held with exchanges, custodians or wallet providers are exposed to the failure, insolvency, fraud or security breach of those counterparties. Digital assets are not generally protected by deposit guarantee schemes or compensation arrangements that apply to some regulated banking products. Losses from these events may not be recoverable.
8. Regulatory and Legal Risk
The legal and tax treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and may change without notice. New rules could restrict or prohibit certain activities, affect the value of assets, or change how gains and losses are reported. You are responsible for understanding the obligations that apply to you.
9. Leverage and Derivatives
Where leveraged or derivative products are available through third parties, they magnify both gains and losses. Positions can be liquidated quickly, and losses can exceed the initial margin. Leveraged products are generally not suitable for inexperienced investors and should be approached with particular caution.
10. Past Performance
Any reference to historical performance, whether of the Platform, a strategy, a market or an individual asset, is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market conditions change, and strategies that worked previously may stop working.
11. Tax Considerations
Gains from digital asset activity may be subject to taxation, and losses may have limited or no relief. Tax treatment depends on your personal circumstances. We do not provide tax advice, and you should consult a qualified professional before making decisions with tax consequences.
12. Independent Judgement
No content on the Platform is personal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a guarantee of income. You should consider your investment objectives, experience, financial resources and tolerance for loss, and seek independent professional advice where appropriate before trading.
13. Acknowledgement
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you accept the risks described, and that you are making your own decisions, taking responsibility for any resulting gains or losses.
